INSTRUCTIONS
NOTES:
Let dry completely between painting steps.
- Remove the tags from the foam pumpkin. (Or use a real pumpkin.)
- Use a 3/4" flat brush and Relic to basecoat the entire pumpkin. Rinse brush. Let dry completely.
- Use the same brush and Crackle Medium to apply over the entire pumpkin except for the stem. Rinse brush. Let dry completely.
- Use a 3/4" flat brush and Lace to quickly paint over the whole pumpkin except for the stem. Rinse brush. (The crackling will happen immediately; that's why it is important to be quick.)
- Enlarge the pattern to fit the pumpkin. Use a pen and the tracing and transfer papers to trace and transfer the pattern onto the front center of the pumpkin.
- Use a #1 round brush and Relic to paint the oval and swirl border. Rinse brush.
- Use the same brush and Carbon to fill in the bats. Rinse brush.
- Use the same brush and Yesteryear to paint inside the framed area. Rinse brush.
- Use the same #1 round brush and Everlasting to fill in the middle section around the bats. Rinse brush.
- Once completely dry, use a 3/4" flat brush and Ultra-Matte Varnish to seal the entire pumpkin. Rinse brush.
