Add interest to an everyday garden accessory with chevrons of Patio Paint Outdoor™.

SUPPLIES

• water container
• palette or plastic plate
• paper towels
• 1" painter's tape
• metal watering can
• paintbrushes

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Tape off a chevron pattern on the watering can by taping diagonal stripes in each direction, working from the handle of the watering can around to the center of the can's front on the opposite side. (See photo.)

2. Paint the exposed stripes in the following pattern: Salmon, Petunia Purple, Larkspur Blue, Carnation Pink, and Fuchsia. Let dry.

3. Once dry, remove the tape and paint the remaining stripes in the following pattern: Desert Turquoise, Blue Bahama, Sweet Pea, Deep Buttercup, and Hydrangea Blue.
