Color-Blocked Cactus Planter

Color blocking with Americana® Multi-Surface Acrylics is an easy way to breathe life into outdated pieces.

SUPPLIES

    • water container
    • palette or plastic plate
    • paper towels
    • 1" painter's tape
    • paintbrushes
    • concrete planter

    INSTRUCTIONS

    1. Tape off a triangle shape, lining up the edge with the lip of the planter and paint it in Soft Jade. Let dry.
    2. Instruction #1
    3. Remove the tape once dry and tape off another triangle that is flush with the previous triangle. Paint it in Pumpkin Patch. Let dry.
    4. Instruction #2
    5. Remove the tape once dry and tape off a final triangle, where the tip meets the tip of the last triangle painted and the concrete is exposed between all three triangles. Paint this triangle in Baby Blue.
