Here's a wedding gift with lots of heart and style, made with Americana® Decou-Page.

    • water container
    • palette or plastic plate
    • paper towels
    • scissors
    • ruler
    • painter's tape
    • 3/4" flat brush
    • computer and printer
    • low temp-hot glue gun and glue sticks
    • black Sharpie® marker
    • black ribbon
    • 11" x 14" canvas
    • wedding photo 3.5" x 5" (printed on printer paper)

    1. Print the ampersand, names, and wedding photo of your choice onto regular printer paper.
    2. Cut out the ampersand and photo along the edges. Cut out the names in rectangular shapes. Set aside.
    3. Use a 3/4" flat brush to basecoat the canvas Spa Blue. Let dry.
    4. Tape off even sections of the canvas to create stripes. Use a 3/4" flat brush to paint the un-taped areas Light Buttermilk. Let dry; remove tape.
    5. Tape off a 9.5" x 6.75" rectangle in the middle of the canvas. Paint inside the taped-off section Light Buttermilk. Let dry.
    6. Use a 3/4" flat brush to coat the back of the wedding photo with Americana Matte Decou-Page and place it on the canvas. (Refer to photo for placement.) Repeat for the ampersand and names. Paint a coat of Decou-Page over each.
    7. Use a black Sharpie marker to draw dots around the edges of the center rectangle.
    8. Attach the ribbon onto the back of the canvas using a glue gun.
