Add elegance to a pair of flea market candlesticks with Metallic Lustre®.

SUPPLIES

• water container
• paper towels
• stencil brush
• cosmetic sponges
• candlesticks

INSTRUCTIONS

NOTES:

Work quickly when blending colors together. Let the paint dry completely between the basecoat and Metallic Lustre steps.

1. Clean the surface of the candlesticks using a damp paper towel to remove any dirt or dust.
2. Using a cosmetic sponge, apply Dark Scarlet to the bottom portion of the candlesticks.
3. Using a new cosmetic sponge, apply Pumpkin Patch next to Dark Scarlet. Gently blend the two colors together.
4. Apply Muted Gold to the top portion of the candlesticks. Gently blend Muted Gold and Pumpkin Patch together.
5. Using a stencil brush, apply Radiant Red to the Dark Scarlet portion of the candlesticks.
6. Apply Orange Flicker with a stencil brush to the Pumpkin Patch portion of the candlesticks. Gently blend into Radiant Red.
7. Apply Gold Rush to Muted Gold with a stencil brush. Gently blend into Orange Flicker.
