NOTES:
Let dry completely between painting steps.
- Randomly tear large pieces of the scrapbook paper. Apply a layer of Americana Matte Decou-Page to the area where the paper will be placed. Position the paper. Apply another later of Decou-Page on top and smooth out any wrinkles or bubbles. Cover the entire surface.
- Transfer the pattern onto the house as desired. Paint the house, tree, and tombstone in Carbon Black with #3 round and 1/4" flat brushes.
- Mix Hansa Yellow Medium with a small amount of Quinacridone Magenta until a desired orange color is created. Outline the house with a liner brush. Add in pumpkins and leaves as desired.
- Mix Hansa Yellow Medium and a small amount of Cerulean Blue to achieve a desired green color. Add leaves, a door, and a fence as desired.
- Mix Titanium White with a small amount of Carbon Black. Free-hand a moon into the scene with a #3 round brush, allowing the moon to be on multiple sides of the box. When it is still wet, add a small amount of Titanium White for a highlight on the moon.
- Using transfer paper, transfer the windows to the house. Using a #3 liner brush, paint in windows and "RIP" on tombstones using Titanium White. Once the windows are dried, use a liner brush to add the window grid in Carbon Black.
