    • wooden scalloped frame

    INSTRUCTIONS

    NOTES:

Let dry completely between painting steps.

    1. Removing the backing from the frame.
    2. Place the Metallic Type Decou-Page Paper face down on the table, then place the frame face down on top of the paper. Use a pencil to trace around the frame, inside and out.
    3. Use scissors to cut the paper out along the trace lines, so that it fits the frame.
    4. Use a #10 flat brush and Lamp Black to paint the edges of the frame, inside and out. Rinse the brush and let frame dry completely.
    5. Use a #10 flat brush to apply a coat of Matte Decou-Page over the entire front of the frame. Quickly dampen the paper and immediately place it evenly on the frame. Brush more Decou-Page on top of the paper, starting from the center and working out to the edges to be sure to remove any air bubbles.
    6. Once completely dry, add the photo of your choice and replace the backing on the frame.
