Upcycle a drawer into this one-of-a-kind shelf with old-world charm featuring DecoArt's new Americana® Decou-Page Papers™.

SUPPLIES

• water container
• palette or plastic plate
• paper towels
• sandpaper
• ruler
• 3/4" flat brush
• scrapbook paper
• old drawer
• old key

INSTRUCTIONS

NOTES:

Let dry completely between painting steps.

1. Clean and lightly sand the drawer.

2. Use a 3/4" flat brush to paint the drawer Rouge.

3. Use a 3/4" flat brush to loosely add Deep Brown Crème Wax streaks throughout the drawer.
4. Measure the inside of the drawer and cut the scrapbook paper to fit. Using a 3/4" flat brush, adhere the scrapbook paper with Americana Matte Decou-Page.

5. Use scissors to cut the letters "e-x-p-l-o-r-e" out from the Olde World Decoupage Paper (one with the letters). Use a #8 flat brush to adhere to the front/bottom portion of the drawer with Decou-Page.
6. Use a key ring to place the key onto the drawer pull/handle.
