Add colorful leaves to a plain wooden bowl with Crafter's Acrylics® Multi-Surface.

SUPPLIES

• water container
• palette or plastic plate
• paper towels
• painter's tape
• chalk pencil
• #0 liner brush
• #4 flat brush
• wooden salad servers
• rubber bands
• wooden salad bowl

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Position a rubber band approximately 1" from the bowl's bottom.

2. Use a chalk pencil to draw a line around the bowl, using the rubber band as a guide. Draw leaf designs on each side of line all the way around the bowl.
3. Use a flat brush and Orange to paint around the leaf shapes beneath the bottom line and to fill in lhe leaf shapes above the bottom line. Move the rubber band approximately 1" from the bowl's top.

4. Repeat the previous step with Irish Green for the top leaves.

5. Position painter's tape on salad server handles. (See photo.)

6. Use a brush and Irish Green to paint vertical stripes on the handles. Use a liner brush and Orange to narrow stripes next to the Irish Green stripes.
