Use Americana® Multi-Surface Acrylics to create this other-worldly home décor accent.

SUPPLIES

• water container
• palette or plastic plate
• paper towels
• 1" flat brush
• #2 round brush
• #0 liner brush
• glass cleaner
• circle template
• globe

INSTRUCTIONS

NOTES:

Let dry completely between painting steps.

1. Remove the globe from its stand and thoroughly clean the globe surface with glass cleaner.
2. Paint the entire globe in Dolphin with a 1" flat brush. Let dry.

3. Once dry, paint the globe Silver (Metallic).

4. Using a liner brush and Black Tie, paint a line through the middle of the globe. Trace a circular object of desired size on the top half of the globe. In Black Tie, paint the circle and free-hand two smaller circles inside. Add lining to connect the circles.

5. With a #2 round brush, add stripes of random geometric shapes in Steel Grey.

6. Using the #2 round brush, go back through the geometric shapes and add detailed patterns or line-work in Black Tie. Paint circles of Chartreuse around the Black Tie circles. Let dry completely and re-attach globe to its stand.
