Stenciled Grim Reaper Halloween Canvas

Create a deathly image for Halloween on canvas with Americana® Acrylics.
SUPPLIES
- water container
- palette or plastic plate
- paper towels
- pencil
- 3/4" flat brush
- #8 round brush
- cosmetic sponge
- canvas
INSTRUCTIONS
- Add drops of Indian Turquoise, Snow White, and Sapphire throughout the canvas. Use a 3/4" flat brush to spread the paint in a swirly motion without over-blending the paint.
- Use a pencil to trace the pattern. Use a 3/4" flat brush to paint the hill in Lamp Black. Use a #8 round brush to paint the moon and trees in Snow White.
- Use a #8 round brush and Lamp Black to add more trees and a cosmetic sponge and Lamp Black to stencil in the Grim Reaper.
- Use a #8 round brush to continue adding trees in Lamp Black. Use a 3/4" flat brush to darken the perimeter in Sapphire. (Use a dry-brush technique.)
