Time-Worn, On-Trend Dresser

Dry-brushing one color over another on furniture pieces creates a time-worn, shabby/chic look for any room.

SUPPLIES

    • water container
    • palette or plastic plate
    • paper towels
    • lint-free cloth
    • 2" chip brush
    • dresser
    • cloth
    • fine-grit sandpaper

    INSTRUCTIONS

    1. Clean dresser with a dry cloth
    2. Paint dresser using 2" chip brush with one coat of Timeless. Allow to dry.
    3. Paint dresser using 2" chip brush with one coat of Everlasting. Dry-brush over large areas. Allow to dry to touch.
    4. Distress with fine grit sandpaper along edges.
    5. Use lint-free, soft cloth to apply Golden Brown Crème Wax. Wipe away excess wax to achieve desired final effect. Buff to a satin or gloss finish if desired.
