<h5>How To Use SoSoft Stencils</h5>

<p>Prepare the garment according to paint instructions. Make sure the garment is dry and wrinkle free.</p>
<p>Place a sheet of freezer paper or cardboard between layers to prevent paint from bleeding through the fabric.</p>
<p>Remove stencil from clear backing.</p>
<p>Adhere the stencil securely to the surface to ensure clean edges.</p>
<p>Apply paint to the surface using a dauber, stencil brush, or sponge for best results. Blot off any excess paint before applying to avoid paint bleeding under stencil edges. Use a dabbing motion to apply paint through the stencil.</p>
<p>Gently wash stencil with DecoArt Multi-Purpose Cleaner or soap and water immediately after use.</p>
<p>Pat dry with a paper towel. Return to the original plastic sheet.</p>

<p>Try adding fine grit sandpaper between the backing board and the fabric, grit side up. The fine grit sandpaper will "grab" the fabric and prevent it from moving or shifting while you are stenciling.</p>
<p>Don't overload a stencil brush or foam pouncer. Blot excess paint before applying to prevent paint from seeping underneath the edges of the stencil.</p>
<p>Immediately peel stencil from surface to prevent paint from adhering to stencil.</p>
<p>For a heavier coverage, apply two thin coats instead of one thick coat. Allow to dry between coats.</p>
<p>For a non-stenciled look, connect the bridges when finished stenciling. Take a small paintbrush and dip the tip into the same color you used for the rest of the letter. Connect the pieces of the letter. This will ensure your finished project looks clean and professional.</p>

Items that are in their original condition and packaging can be returned. Only defective
product will be accepted without original packaging.
If I order too many items or the wrong color/size, can I return the product?
You may return items that are in their original condition and packaging, and there will be
a 15% restocking fee deducted from your credit.
Who is responsible for shipping costs on returns?
DecoArt will pay for the shipping costs if the return is a result of our error. Otherwise it
is the responsibility of the customer to pay for return shipping.
How long do I have to return an item?
To receive a refund for items returned by mail, items must be received at our facility
within 30 days of ordering.

Shipping and Pricing Policies
Order Processing:
Orders entered after 1:00 pm Eastern will not be processed until the following business day.
Pricing:
Orders totalling over $100 that are being shipped to the US will have the option for free UPS ground
shipping.
Items purchased will be charged at the sales price indicated at the time of purchase. Prices are
continuously updated and are subject to change. Past orders will not be updated to reflect later
prices. Pricing is always in US dollars.
Clearance Products:
Items offered at clearance pricing are available only while supplies last. Should a clearance
no longer be available, e-mail notification will be sent identifying the cancelled item. Your credit
card will not be charged for any item not shipped.
Backorders:
Excluding clearance items, a backorder will automatically be generated for all merchandise not
shipped with your original order. A packing list will be included with your order identifying the
backordered items. No additional shipment fees will be charged with a backorder and your credit
card will not be charged for the backordered item until the product ships. Backorders will be
cancelled if items can not ship within 30 days.

Shipping Guidelines:
For US orders shipped via Ground, please allow 6 to 10 business days from the time of order for processing and delivery.
For 2nd Day shipping (US only), please allow 2 to 4 business days from the time of order for processing and delivery. (Note that aerosol sprays will not be shipped via 2nd Day.)
Delivery of items offered in our online store is limited to the continental United States. Shipments can not be delivered to PO Boxes.
