How long has DecoArt, Inc. been in business?
DecoArt was created in 1985. Artists in the craft industry kept contacting the company saying how much better the ceramics branded acrylic color was than other offerings on the market. Americana Acrylics became the initial flagship brand. Over the past three decades, DecoArt has grown our offerings to dozens of different paint brands, DIY, outdoor, glitter, iridescent, and more!
How many locations do you have?
DecoArt now has three locations in Central Kentucky. Our 115,000 square foot facility in Stanford, Kentucky, serves as our paint manufacturing headquarters. It is also home to most of our corporate offices. In 2015, DecoArt opened a Creative Center in Lexington, Kentucky. This creative hub allowed for our product development, marketing, and design teams to have a state-of-the-art space designed for increased collaboration and inspiration. In 2016, DecoArt expanded to our third location in Danville, Kentucky. This 88,000 square foot distribution center allows our team to meet customer demands, shipping our more than 3,500 products around the globe.
How many people do you employ?
We have over 150 team members throughout our three facilities who support our company initiatives. Please check out our Career Opportunities page to learn more about joining our team.
