An distinctive stormy ocean blue, Americana Acrylics Open Water paint offers the grey-blue of the underside of waves. Like all DecoArt paints, this medium blue paint has a smooth matte finish and brushes on evenly. Open Water makes an excellent accent color for many darker reds and oranges or to set off neutral greys.
