Black light neon paint
These paints are transparent and that can be a very good thing! Plus the colors are vibrant and are great when used for highlighting or enhancing. Also beautiful when painted over white!

Despite being thin and needing multiple coats its still really bright! And if mixed with glowing paint and a thicker color it is AMAZING for my door murals!
