Floral Globe with White Wash Effect

Add a vintage touch to your decor with color washes.
SUPPLIES
- transfer paper
- scissors
- pencil
- flat brush
- hot glue gun and glue sticks
- floral scrapbook paper
- 3D flowers
- wood panel
- round brush
INSTRUCTIONS
NOTES:
Let dry completely between painting steps.
- Gather all of your supplies, including a canvas, paper, brushes, and scissors.
- Paint the entire surface in French Mauve with a flat brush.
- Trace a round object that is the same size you want the globe to be. Cut out circle.
- Adhere paper onto surface with Paper Decou-Page. Use White Vintage Effect Wash on the outside of the surface. Transfer the globe stand onto surface. Paint stand in blue. Add white to blue and paint the bottom scallops in mixture.
- Buy or make felt flowers and adhere them onto the upper right of the globe using hot glue.
