Use faux leather and Patent Leather paints to make a pretty banner.

SUPPLIES

• scissors
• pencil
• hot glue gun
• stencil brush
• wooden dowel rod
• ribbon
• bowl
• leather ribbon

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Trace bowl or other circle shape on the bottom of the leather ribbon and cut.

2. Tape the stencil in place on the banner. With a stencil brush, lightly dab the paint onto the surface. Apply multiple light coats versus one thick coat. Remove stencil and allow paint to dry.

3. Flip the banner over. With a hot glue gun, apply a thin line of glue on the top of the banner. Fold over and glue a small dowel rod in place.

4. Cut a piece of ribbon and tie or glue it to the dowel. This will be used for hanging the banner.
