Adorable Animal Painted Rocks

Paint these adorable animal rocks for your yard with Multi-Surface Satins!
SUPPLIES
- rocks
- small acrylic paint brushes, assorted sizes and shapes
INSTRUCTIONS
NOTES:
Wash the rock and let it dry completely before painting. Protect work surface with sheet of newspaper. Allow paint to fully dry between steps and when changing to a new color. Repeat each step as needed for additional coverage.
- Assemble the supplies to begin painting.
- For the deer: Paint the deer's face and ears on the lower half of the rock in cocoa bean.
- For the deer: Mix together equal parts cocoa bean and cotton ball and using a fine tip paintbrush, paint the deer's antlers and snout.
- For the deer: Using a fine tip paintbrush, paint the eyes and nose in black tie. Use the end of a toothpick to apply the eyelashes.
- For the deer: Using a fine tip paintbrush, add 1 small dot to eyes and nose in cotton ball.
- For the raccoon: Paint the raccoon's face and ears in the middle of the rock using dolphin.
- For the raccoon: Paint a circle for the raccoon’s snout in cotton ball.
- For the raccoon: Paint the raccoon's mask in steel grey.
- For the raccoon: Using a fine tip paintbrush, paint the eyes and nose in black tie.
- For the raccoon: Using a fine tip paintbrush, add 1 small dot to eyes (and nose) in cotton ball.
- For the bunny: Mix together cotton ball with a very small amount of cocoa bean and paint the bunny face and ears in the middle of the rock.
- For the bunny: Paint one circle for the bunny’s snout in cotton ball.
- For the bunny: Using a fine tip paintbrush, paint the eyes in black tie.
- For the bunny: Using a fine tip paintbrush, paint the nose and inner ears in pink cadillac.
- For the bunny: Using a fine tip paintbrush, paint the mouth in black tie and add 1 small dot to eyes and nose in cotton ball.
