Create a beachy atmosphere with this "Aloha" pineapple sign made with Crafter's Acrylic®.

SUPPLIES

• water container
• palette or plastic plate
• paper towels
• pencil
• 1" painter's tape
• wooden sign
• hanging hooks
• paintbrushes

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Paint the pineapple in White. Allow to dry and re-apply.

2. Use painter's tape to stabilize the Classic Quatrefoil stencil over the "fruit" of the pineapple. Using a stencil brush, apply Sun Yellow over the fruit. Use Poppy Orange to accent the edges of the fruit.

3. Use the provided pattern to write "Aloha" in Wild Watermelon and highlight with Sun Yellow and Poppy Orange. Use the pattern to sketch the hibiscus. Fill in the hibiscus petals with Wild Watermelon; highlight the petals and paint the stamen with Sun Yellow. Paint the leaves in Hunter Green; highlight with Citrus Green.

4. Paint the outer parts of the leaves in Hunter Green and the inner parts in Citrus Green.

5. Add a hook to the back.
