Spell out a child's name on wooden blocks with Americana® Acrylics for a colorful room accent.

SUPPLIES

    • scissors
    • cardstock
    • wooden triangle
    • scrapbook paper
    • embellishment
    • E6000 Glue
    • small brush
    • medium brush
    • alphabet blocks

    INSTRUCTIONS

    1. Mix all three colors with white to make pastel versions. Use a medium brush to paint the blocks, one of each color.

    3. Use a small brush to paint the letters and the border in the same color, this time in its original form (not pastel).

    5. Use a small brush to paint the triangles in the colors from Step 2.

    7. Use E6000 Glue to adhere the triangles to the blocks (as rooftops). Use scissors to cut rectangles out of cardstock and scrapbook paper. (The size will vary according to the size of the block; refer to photo.) Use a medium brush and Satin Decou-Page to adhere the scrapbook paper to the cardstock. Bend and adhere the triangles to the houses with E6000 Glue.
