SUPPLIES

• small and medium brushes
• canvas
• cardstock

INSTRUCTIONS

NOTES:

You can create this on your own or make a fun collaborative project! Heres how . . .

STEP 1. Everyone creates their own heart canvas.

STEP 2. Everyone creates a variety of cut out hands.

STEP 3. Hands are swapped (a great way to do this is place hands in an envelope and drop them off at one another's mail boxes. These can also be mailed so long distance friends and family can also participate!

1. Transfer provided heart pattern to your canvas. Use a medium brush to paint the perimeter of the heart in Indian Turquoise. While the paint is still wet add accents in White. Use a medium brush to paint the heart in White. Let dry.

2. Gather cardstock which will be painted using various methods.

3. Method 1 - Use a medium brush to randomly paint any two Americana Acrylics colors from above list. This one is Warm Sunset and Burnt Umber. Let dry.

4. Method 1 - Transfer provided hand patterns to card stock and use scissors to cut out. (save a couple sheets for method 2)

5. Method 2 - Use a medium brush to add a coat of Holographic Illusions Crystal Ball to your painted cardstock from method 1. This will add texture and an amazing sparkling accent.

6. Method 3 - Create a paint pour by adding Ready to Pour Paint in Mint, Vivid Violet and Lemon to a single cup.

7. Method 3 - Pour cup on card stock. Let dry.

8. Method 3 - Transfer provided hand patterns to card stock and use scissors to cut out.

9. Randomly place hands throughout the heart and adhere in place using a medium brush and Matte Decoupage.

10. Continue decoupaging hands to the other side of the heart.

11. Transfer provided "Together We Can" lettering and use a small brush to paint in Navy Blue.

12. Use a small brush to add accents to the lettering in White.
