Banner and Stripes Homework Caddy

Take the guesswork out of homework with a colorful caddy created using Americana® Acrylics.
SUPPLIES
- transfer paper
- ruler
- pencil
- painter's tape
- Mason jars
- small round brush
- large flat brush
- sponge pouncers
- manila folder
- small flat brush
- wooden tote
- wooden clipboard
INSTRUCTIONS
NOTES:
Let dry completely between painting steps.
- Paint the entire tote with a large flat brush in Snow White. Let dry. Once dry, use a pencil and ruler to draw in the diagonals on the side and triangles on the handle. Use a small flat and round brushes to paint the triangles in Ocean Blue, Coral Blush, Pistachio Mint, and Primary Yellow. Tape off areas as you go.
- Using a small round brush, paint "HOMEWORK" on the side and a name of choice inside the triangles in Lamp Black. Paint a line connecting the triangles in Lamp Black.
- Paint the entire clipboard in Snow White. Let dry. Once dry, use several sizes of sponge pouncers to add circles in Ocean Blue, Coral Blush, Primary Yellow, and Pistachio Mint.
- Tape off a stripe on a manila folder. Paint in Ocean Blue.
- Paint the screw-on lids of two Mason jars in Chick.
