    INSTRUCTIONS

    NOTES:

Let dry completely between painting steps.

    1. Use a fan brush to apply a small amount of MagiKote to the Styrofoam ball, covering it completely.
    2. Use sandpaper to smooth the entire ball.
    3. Apply another coat of MagiKote with a #6 flat brush. Let dry and re-sand. Repeat for a total of three coats.
    4. Use a pencil and the tracing and transfer papers to trace the ears and tail onto the black Fun Foam. Trace eyes onto the Styrofoam ball.
    5. Use scissors to cut out the Fun Foam ears and tail.
    6. Use a 3/4" flat brush to paint the Styrofoam ball and pumpkin Lamp Black. (Leave the eyes unpainted.)
    7. Use a #6 flat brush to fill in the eyes with Pineapple.
    8. Use a #6 flat brush to paint Glow-in-the-Dark Paint on the eyes, using two or three coats.
    9. Use hot glue to attach the Styrofoam ball to the top of the pumpkin. Fold the ears and glue them onto the top of the Styrofoam ball. Glue the tail under the pumpkin, facing to the side. (See photo for placement.)
    10. Use scissors to cut out the cat's collar from purple Fun Foam. (I used ruler as a template since it was the perfect measurement.)
    11. Put stick-on rhinestones all around collar. Let dry and attach the collar to the cat with hot glue.
