NOTES:
Allow to dry between painting steps. Rinse brush completely between color changes.
- Using the 1/2” round brush and horizontal brushstrokes, start painting the frame with Baby Blue on top, gradually adding Snow White all the way to the bottom.
- Trace and transfer the girl pattern onto the front corner of the frame.
- For the girl’s face, trace around the 2” wooden circle in pencil first and then paint it in with Flesh Tone with the #3 round brush.
- With the same brush, paint an upside down “U” shape in Baby Blue for the girl’s dress.
- Paint two little circles in Bubblegum Pink for the girl’s cheeks with the #3 round brush.
- Paint the girl’s hair in Baby Blue with free-flowing, wavy strokes using the #3 round brush. Let the frame dry.
- Paint the 2” wood circle with two coats of Bright Yellow using the 1/2" round brush and then add a swirl of Snow White. Let dry.
- Glue the Bright Yellow circle to the top right of the frame window with wood glue.
- Paint the sunrays in Bright Yellow with free-flowing strokes of the #3 round brush.
- With a black marker, draw the girl’s arms, eye, and mouth. Draw dotted lines around outer and inner perimeter, around the sun, and on the tips of the sunrays.
