Cabana Striped Beach Chair

Lounge for hours in this beach chair adorned with Multi-Surface Acrylics.
SUPPLIES
- water container
- palette or plastic plate
- transfer paper
- ruler
- pencil
- #3 round brush
- 1" flat brush
- masking tape
- red beach chair
INSTRUCTIONS
NOTES:
Let dry completely between painting steps.
- Start with a solid red chair. Measure off 2" stripes along the back and bottom of the chair. Mask off with masking tape every other stripe and fill in with Coastal Waters and the 1" flat brush.
- Remove tape. Print out the pattern for the word "beach" and enlarge to 13 1/2 inches wide. (Or use your favorite faunt and print it out the same width.)
- Lay the transfer paper on the chair back and then lay the words on top. Tape it down so it doesn't move and trace over the words with the pencil.
- Fill the words in with Black Tie and the #3 round brush.
