Child's Rocking Chair in Glossy Melon

Turn a boring rocking chair into a glossy new one in a child's favorite color using Maxx Gloss™.

SUPPLIES

    • water container
    • palette or plastic plate
    • paper towels
    • sandpaper
    • 2" flat brush
    • palette knife
    • child's wooden rocking chair

    INSTRUCTIONS

    NOTES:

    Let dry completely between painting steps.

    1. Use a palette knife to apply the Americana Wood Filler to all the nail holes on the seat, legs, and back of the chair. Let dry. Lightly sand the filled areas smooth. Use a damp paper towel to remove any dust.

    3. Use a 2" flat brush and Juicy Melon to paint the entire chair. Rinse brush. Follow the label instructions on drying times. Lightly sand and remove dust with a damp paper towel. Use the same brush to apply a second coat. Let dry. Refer to the Maxx Gloss™ label for cure time before using the chair.
