Keep in touch with the outside world with a personalized message board.

SUPPLIES

• tracing paper
• transfer paper
• sandpaper
• 3/4" flat brush
• #6 flat brush
• pen
• 1-1/2" wooden letters
• #1 round brush
• shuttered wooden message board

INSTRUCTIONS

NOTES:

Let dry completely between painting steps.

1. Sand the edges of the message board and letters if rough.

2. Use a 3/4" flat brush and Calypso Blue to paint all of the shutters except the middle section. Rinse brush. Let dry completely.
3. Use a pen to trace and transfer pattern onto the Calypso Blue section.

4. Use a #6 flat brush and Purple Cow to paint on the pattern. Rinse brush.

5. Use a 3/4" flat brush and Lemonade to paint the middle section of shutters and the letters Z and E. Rinse brush.

6. Use a 3/4" flat brush and Wisteria to paint the O. Rinse brush.

7. Use a #1 round brush and Wisteria to paint a line through the Z and the E. Rinse brush.

8. Once the letters are dry, use a glue gun to attach name to the top of the shutters.
