    INSTRUCTIONS

    NOTES:

The instructions are detailed for the light blue ornament. For the light peach ornament, follow the same instructions referring to the main photo for color placement.

    1. Gather the supplies.
    2. Instruction #1
    3. Mix (1) part Snow White with (1) part Bahama Blue. Use a medium flat brush to paint the wood slice ornament, leaving the raw wood edge unpainted. Let dry.
    4. Instruction #2
    5. Use a pencil to write a name. (The nencil can easily be erased if you make a mistake.)
    6. Instruction #3
    7. Use a small round brush to paint a couple of the letters in Bubblegum Pink.
    8. Instruction #4
    9. Mix (1) part Bahama Blue with (1) part Peacock Teal. Continue the lettering with this mix, alternating with Bright Orange. (See photo for color placement.)
    10. Instruction #5
    11. Use a small brush to add shadows with Peacock Teal and highlights with Snow White. Let dry.
    12. Instruction #6
    13. Use a palette knife to add Snow-Tex to the top portion of the ornament. Let dry.
    14. Instruction #7
    15. Use a medium brush to paint a variety of wooden beads in any color from the above list. Let dry.
    16. Instruction #8
    17. Place twine through the ornament and add as many beads as you'd like. (I find that anywhere between three and five beads work best.) Tie the ends of the twine in a knot for hanging.
