INSTRUCTIONS
NOTES:
Let dry completely between painting steps.
- Use 3/4" flat brush to decoupage scrapbook paper to the wooden panel. (Use paper with an antique look.)
- On a separate piece of paper, stamp the raven using a stamp pad. (Make sure you use permanent ink so the ink will not bleed when decoupaging). Tear the perimeter to give an old uneven edge.
- Use scissors to cut flowers from the floral scrapbook paper. Place a set of flowers on top of the torn paper and a set on the bottom of the torn paper. Using a 3/4" flat brush, decoupage into place with Americana Antique Decou-Page. (More color will deposit on the torn areas.) Use a #6 flat brush to paint squares around the perimeter alternating Rustic and Innocence.
- Use craft glue to adhere lace to the back side of the panel.
