Create little hand print flowers with SoSoft Fabric Paint to personalize a pillow for mom

SUPPLIES

• paper towels
• #0 round brush
• small flat brush
• 18x18 pillow cover
• paint palette or paper plate
• 1in brush

INSTRUCTIONS

NOTES:

To stuff pillow use Poly-Fil stuffing or an 18x18 pillow form.

1. Gather supplies from the list.

2. On paper plate squeeze out SoSoft Fabric Paint. Shake paint well before use.

3. Using a large flat brush help child paint one hand.

4. Press hand firmly down on pillow form surface.

5. Repeat this step for desired amount of children's handprints.

6. Space handprints out as desired.

7. Let dry.

8. Underneath each handprint draw a "stem".

9. Add leaves to them stem.

10. Using a round brush fill in stems with Avocado Green SoSoft fabric paint. Let dry.

11. Use round brush to outline stems and leaves with Lamp Black SoSoft fabric paint. Let dry.

12. Write out "we love you mom". *Pattern provided if you need a helping hand!

13. Using a round brush, fill in lettering "we love you" with Lamp Black SoSoft fabric paint.

14. Using round brush fill in "mom" with Glorious Gold SoSoft fabric paint. Let dry.

15. Using round brush add some sparkle for mom, with Gold Glitz SoSoft fabric paint. Let dry.

16. Using the small flat brush outline "mom" with Lamp Black SoSoft fabric paint.

17. Finish off by signing names to each handprint flower.
