Pump up birthday party décor with vase balloon holders painted with Galaxy Glitter™.

SUPPLIES

• water container
• palette or plastic plate
• paper towels
• rubbing alcohol
• clear glass vase
• sand
• paintbrushes
• balloon

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Wipe the vase surface clean with rubbing alcohol and a paper towel.

2. Basecoat the vase(s) in stripes of Oyster Beige on the first third; Terra Coral on the second third; and Burnt Sienna on the bottom third. Allow to dry. Apply a second coat, if necessary. Let dry completely.

3. Once completely dry, paint Champagne Starburst over the Oyster Beige; Pink Cosmos over the Terra Coral; and the Bronze Asteroid over the Burnt Sienna. Repeat these steps using other colors, basecoating first using similar colors to the glitter.
