SUPPLIES
- disposable gloves
- 6" x 6" canvas board
- 10" x 10" wooden canvas
- craft sticks
- canvas
- wet wipes
- 4" x 4" canvas panel
- 8" x 8" canvas board
- E6000 Glue
- rock
- medium brush
- plastic cups
- aluminum foil pan
INSTRUCTIONS
- Glue the canvas boards/canvas together, working your way from largest to smallest.
- Paint the entire surface of the stacked canvases in Snow White. Let dry. Prepare the area for pouring by placing the dry canvas stack into the large aluminum foil pan.
- Pour each Media Fluid Acrylic in its own small cup: Cobalt Turquoise Hue; Gold (Metallic); and Quinacridone Violet. Make a second cup of Cobalt Turquoise Hue with a bit of Titanium White to make a pastel version of this color. Do the same for the Quinacridone Violet (not pictured) to make a lavender shade. Add an equal amount of Pouring Medium to each cup and stir.
- Layer all colors (except the lavender) into a single large cup and pour over it the entire surface of the canvases, tilting the stack to move the paint and cover the area.
- Pour paint on the rock using only the Lavender color mix and Gold (Metallic). Complete the sculpture by placing the rock on top of the built pyramid; no need for gluing.
