Folk Art Unicorn in a Floral Field

SUPPLIES
- pencil
- flat brush
- canvas
- white transfer paper
- round brush
- liner brush
INSTRUCTIONS
NOTES:
Let dry completely between painting steps.
- First, paint your entire canvas in Prussian Blue with a flat brush. Once it has dried, transfer the provided pattern onto the canvas with white transfer paper.
- Begin by painting the unicorn in White with a round brush. Then, begin mixing various amounts of Prussian Blue into the White to paint the details of the unicorn, as shown.
- Using a round brush, use the final photo as reference to paint in the remaining elements. Use various mixes of blue and white to basecoat all of the floral elements. The unicorn should be the lightest in the entire painting. Once it has dried, use a liner brush to add lighter or darker details referencing the photo below.
