Create this metal subway art sign for any room in your home easily with Americana® Multi-Surface Acrylics

SUPPLIES

    • water container
    • palette or plastic plate
    • paper towels
    • 3/4" flat brush
    • cosmetic sponges
    • tin frame

    INSTRUCTIONS

    NOTES:

    Let dry completely between painting steps.

    1. Remove the tin from the wooden frame.
    2. Instruction #1
    3. Use a 3/4" flat brush and Red Barn to paint the entire frame. Rinse brush.

    5. Use the Andy Skinner Serendipity Stencil centered on the tin. Load a clean cosmetic sponge with Coastal Waters and fill in the words "SERENDIPITY" and "SOAR". (You can leave the stencil on).

    7. Use a new cosmetic sponge and Lipstick for the word "ART".

    9. Load a new cosmetic sponge with Deep Turquoise to fill in the word "BEACH".

    11. Load a new cosmetic sponge with Muted Gold to fill in the words "CREATE" and "DRIFT".

    13. Load a new cosmetic sponge with Cotton Ball to fill in the word "DREAM".

    15. Load a new cosmetic sponge with Black Tie to fill in the word "IMAGINE".

    17. Load the last clean cosmetic sponge with Buff Beige to fill in the word "CALM" . Remove the stencil and wash with soap and water. Let tin dry completely.
