Glossy Painted Turquoise Heels

Turn an old pair of heels new again with a new Patent Leather Paint color!
SUPPLIES
- 3/4" flat brush
INSTRUCTIONS
- Clean shoe thoroughly before painting.
- Use a 3/4" Flat Brush with Turquoise to paint the entire outter shoe. Allow shoe to dry completely before applying a second coat.
