    • water container
    • palette or plastic plate
    • paper towels
    • 1" painter's tape
    • leather cuff
    • sneakers
    • paintbrushes
    • fanny pack

Let dry completely between painting steps.

    1. Prepare the sneakers: take off the laces and tape off the surfaces that will not be painted. Paint the shoe in light purple. To make light purple, mix (1) part (about the size of a quarter) White to (1) part Purple.
    2. Instruction #1
    3. Using the provided pattern as a guide, paint the camouflage pattern on the shoe, randomizing the colors from light to dark purple. To make the medium purple, mix (1) part White with (2) or (3) parts Purple.
    4. Instruction #2
    5. Continue to add layers to the camouflage pattern adding other shades of Purple. Use Purple alone for the medium-dark purple. For the darkest purple, add about one or two drops of Blue to (1) part Purple.
    6. Instruction #3
    7. Prepare the fanny pack by taping off areas that will not be painted.
    8. Instruction #4
    9. To create khaki colors, mix White, Yellow, Chestnut, and Green in varying levels. For light khaki green, add (1) part White with one drop each of Green, Yellow, and Chestnut. Mix thoroughly. Paint the background in the light khaki green. Add another drop of Green to the original mix for the darker khaki green.
    10. Instruction #5
    11. For dark green, mix 1 drop of Green to (1) part of Chestnut. To create other khaki colors, add Green, White, Chestnut, and/or Green one drop at a time and mix until the desired khaki is created.
    12. Instruction #6
    13. Repeat the steps above for the leather cuffs.
    14. Instruction #7
    15. Start with the lighter colors, adding darker camouflage layers as was done for the shoes and the fanny pack.
    16. Instruction #8
