INSTRUCTIONS
NOTES:
Let dry completely between painting steps.
- Use Waterfront and Inch Worm to paint the wooden crate using a 2" flat paint brush. (Use Inch Worm at the bottom and Waterfront across the top.) Use a cosmetic sponge to dab on Cotton Ball around the crate. Load a 1/4" flat brush with water and Black Tie; tap the brush over the crate to add splatters.
- Paint a paper bag using a 2" flat brush and Pink Tropics; add a few strokes of Waterfront on top. Tear the bag into three circles, each larger than the last. (Draw the circles on the non-painted side of the bag as a tearing guide.)
- Crumple the torn circles. Un-crumple and rub a black ink pad across the top and along the edges of each circle. Adhere, nestled from small to large circle, using Americana Matte Decou-Page. Add a button to the center of the flower.
- Repeat steps 2 and 3, using Inch Worm and then Pink Tropics.
- Adhere the flowers inside the crate using Decou-Page. Use ribbon as stems and adhere. Adhere a dimensional butterfly on the shadow box edge using E6000 Glue.
- Add inspiring words of your choice using dimensional letter stickers in a variety of colors.
