Inspirational Painted and Decou-Page Rocks

Inspire someone with inspirational rocks made with Outdoor Decou-Page
SUPPLIES
- small and medium brushes
- rocks
INSTRUCTIONS
- ROCK #1 - Use a medium brush to paint rock in White. Let dry. Use a small brush to paint an oval in Desert Turquoise. Create a pastel version of Dessert Turquoise by mixing with White and use a small brush to paint a border around the oval. Let dry.
- ROCK #1 - Use a small brush to paint little stripes around the border in Pumpkin, Yellow, White, Dragon Fruit and Pink (Dragon Fruit mixed with White). Le dry.
- ROCK #1 - Use scissors to cut out "be STRONG" design and adhere using a medium brush and Outdoor Decou-page.
- ROCK #2 - Use a medium brush to paint rock in White. Let dry. Use a small brush to paint rainbow colors at a diagonal starting with Dragon Fruit, Pumpkin, Cadmium Yellow, Bright Green, Desert Turquoise and Purple Rain.
- ROCK #2 - Use a small brush to blend out the edges while the paint is still wet. Let dry.
- ROCK #2 - Use scissors to cut out the "KINDNESS" design and adhere using a medium brush and Outdoor Decou-page.
- ROCK #3 - Use a medium brush to paint rock White. Let dry. Use a medium brush to splatter Dragon Fruit, Desert Turquoise and Grey. Let dry.
- ROCK #3 - Continue splattering in Pumpkin.
- ROCK #3 - Use scissors to cut out the "you rock" design and adhere using a medium brush and Outdoor Decou-page.
