Journey Canvas

I am so excited to be sharing today my Journey Canvas! I am enjoying my journey as I discover new media to work with. I especially love the DecoArt Media products and hope you enjoy my canvas.
Items Needed:
- DecoArt Media Mediums and Specialty Products - Gesso - Black (DMM19-71)
- DecoArt Media Mediums and Specialty Products - Crackle Paste - White (DMM17-71)
- Andy Skinner Stencils 8x8 - Industrial Elements (ANDY107-K)
- Americana Stencils 6x8 - Doily (ASMM18-K)
- 6" By 6" Canvas
- Gypsy Soul Laser Cuts Daisies
- Metal Bird And Arrow
- Assorted Brushes
- Micron Pigma Pen
- Tooth Brush
- Crackle Stamp
- Palette Knife
Instructions:
Paint canvas with white gesso, allow to dry before painting with a mix of Titanium White and Pyrrole Red. Allow canvas to dry.
Dry brush with Titanium White, Pyrrole red and Cobalt Teal Hue. Allow to dry completely.
Stamp background image with Carbon Black.
Spatter with Carbon Black. Allow to dry completely.
Apply White Crackle Paste using Doily Stencil and palette knife. Allow to dry completely.
Apply Black Gesso using Industrial Elements Stencil and palette knife. Allow to dry completely.
Paint daisy chipboard with Yellow Oxide, Yellow Green Light. Highlight daisy chipboard with Titanium White, Viridian, and Burnt Sienna. Allow to dry completely. Adhere to top of canvas.
Do line work on painted daisy using pen.
Paint metal bird and arrow with Cobalt Teal Hue. Allow to dry.
Adhere bird to canvas.
Adhere arrow under "Journey".
