Posted by DecoArt on Jun 18th 2017
Keep your summer days organized with a whimsical chore chart using Multi-Surface Satins.
SUPPLIES
- sandpaper
- #10 round brush
- door hanger
- clothespins
- #16 flat brush
INSTRUCTIONS
- Lightly sand wood surface.
- With your child, paint stripes with Americana Multi-Surface Satin paint in Flamingo, Lemon Zest, Cotton Ball and Deep Turquoise.
- Clip your clothes pin to something that can hold them up while you paint. Paint clothespins in Eggplant.
- One one side of your clothespin, paint on chores you will have your child complete. On the side, paint the word "Done". (They will move the clip to the other side once they have completed the chore.)
- At the top of the door hanger use Cotton Ball to write "Chores", "To Do" and "Done". Go back over letters with Black Tie to give it a little pop! Place on your child's door and enjoy doing a couple less jobs this summer!
