NOTES:
Let dry completely between painting steps.
- Remove the product label from the frame. Use tracing and transfer papers and a pencil to trace and transfer the British flag pattern to the frame.
- Use the #10 flat brush dipped in Country Red for the center stripes; Bleached Sand for stripes around the Country Red stripes; and Primary Blue for the rest.
- Use a #2 round brush dipped in Shimmering Silver to outline the stripes. Use the handle end of the brush to add dabs on the four larger Country Red stripes.
- Trace and transfer "London" to the bottom right corner of the frame.
- Fill in the letters using the #2 round brush and Shimmering Silver; outline in Lamp Black.
- Trace and transfer the bus and phone patterns onto the red Fun Foam and Big Ben to the black Fun Foam.
- On the bus and telephone, outline the details using a #2 round brush dipped in Lamp Black. Outline the details on the clock with Shimmering Silver on the #2 round brush. (Use water to add fluidity.)
- Fill all shapes on the bus and telephone sign in with Snow White and the #2 round brush. Add Shimmering Silver for highlights. Go back over any Lamp Black outlines as needed and paint in the word "Telephone" on the Snow White sign.
- Use scissors to cut out the shapes. Use hot glue gun to adhere shapes to the frame.
