Paint these brushstroke ornaments and make a matching box for the perfect DIY gift this holiday season.

SUPPLIES

• tissue paper
• tassel
• clear glass ornament
• medium flat brush
• 1" ribbon
• box
• gold cord for hanging

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Gather your supplies.

2. Use a medium flat brush to apply Pink Tourmaline brushstrokes on the bottom half of the ornament.

3. Use the same brush (no need to rinse) to apply Rose Quartz brushstrokes primarily to the bottom half of the ornament It's ok to overlap some of the strokes and for them to be positioned slightly higher up the ornament.

4. Using the same brush (again, no need to rinse) apply 24K Gold paint in random brushstrokes. Paint several up towards the top of the ornament.

5. When completely dry, add a fine gold cord for hanging and embellish with a pink tassel.

6. For the box, repeat the same painting process beginning with Pink Tourmaline.

7. Continue with Rose Quartz.

8. Finish with 24K Gold.

9. Allow the ornament and box to dry. Fill box with a poof of tissue paper, insert ornament and secure lid with pink ribbon.
