INSTRUCTIONS
- You will need: Cardstock, die-cut phrase, scissors, a flat and round brush, DecoArt Media Spray Misters: Primary Magenta, Yellow Green, Turquoise (Shimmer), Orange, and Yellow, Matte Medium, and a Fluid Acrylic color of choice.
- Use the spray misters to make splatters on watercolor on your mixed media paper. Allow to fully dry. On a second sheet of paper, use a pencil to draw on two balloons and a present. Use scissors to cut out the shapes.
- Use a flat brush to adhere the shapes to the card. Then use a round brush with Cobalt Turquoise Hue to make the balloon string and ribbon on the presents.
- Use a Silhouette machine to cut out the words "happy birthday" in font of choice onto cardstock. Then use the Magenta spray mister to completely coat the words and let dry.
- Use a flat brush to adhere the words to the card. Then use the handle end of the round brush dipped in Primary Magenta to make random polka dots on the card.
