Let's meet Felicity! You may have already seen her sparkling personality shine in some of our new Americana Decor product videos and we are certain you have admired her work but now, we want you to get to know Felicity just a bit better.

Felicity was born and raised in Wisconsin, where part of her heart will always belong. She moved to Kentucky in 2014 with her wonderful husband and two fur babies several years after graduating from UW-Milwaukee. Soon after moving to Kentucky, she found her work home at DecoArt and has been a vivacious and creative part of the Design Team.

Like most creatives, she dabbles in a little bit of everything. Some of her favorite things to work in are ceramics, illustration, digital illustration, gardening, and antiquing. She is a homebody at heart and is perfectly content sitting at home spending time with her family but she doesn't say no to an adventure every now and again! She loves the beach, walking trails, and collecting items she finds while exploring.

Currently, she is very inspired by all things nature. Whether it is flowers, mushrooms, or birds, she thinks everything in nature is extraordinary. Nature has a wonderful ability to make anyone feel insignificant, yet perfectly content at the same time. She is currently making mixed media shadow boxes to reflect our complex relationship with nature.Through her work she hopes you find inspiration, whimsy, and a touch of nonsense. She wants viewers to simply get lost in her work and create their own story.

Felicity's work has been shown at the Union Art Gallery, the Art & Design Scholarship Show, and the Kenwood Juried Art Show in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. She's also had several pieces published in Craft Ideas Magazine since working with DecoArt. Leave Felicity a hello message in the comments below!
