    INSTRUCTIONS

    NOTES:

Let dry completely between painting steps.

    1. Choose your desired frame. Take out the glass and find a piece of white paper that fits into the frame for mounting your feathers.
    2. Instruction #1
    3. Apply a wash of clean water onto the feather. Slightly water down your color for the feather (Melon, for example), and run a center stripe down your feather. The color will automatically disperse onto the feather. Run a stripe of a slightly darker color down the center next. Let it dry. Use gold Dazzling Metallics paint to paint in fun patterns on feathers.Repeat with different colors on additional feathers.
    4. Instruction #2
    5. Use pop-up dots on the back of the feathers and apply in the center of the matted area where the white paper is exposed.
    6. Instruction #3
