INSTRUCTIONS
NOTES:
Let dry completely between painting steps.
- Use rubbing alcohol to clean the outer glass on all jars. Let dry completely.
- Use a marker to trace scalloped label mask pattern onto Contac® paper three times.
- Use scissors to cut out the label shapes.
- Peel backing off and center a label on the glass jar, pressing firmly to make sure all edges are down.
- Use a cosmetic sponge and Lavender Fields to lightly dab all over the entire jar. Repeat the technique on the other jars separately using Chartreuse and Pink Cadillac.
- Remove the Contac® paper once fully painted. Use a #1 liner brush and Eggplant to outline the scalloped opening on all three jars.
- Use a cosmetic sponge and the same colors used on the jars to paint the lids. (We are going to make the jars more interesting by putting the lids on different-colored jars.)
- Use scissors to cut the MOM pattern into three pieces.
- Place a separate pattern piece inside each jar facing out and either hold or tape into place.
- Use a #1 liner brush and Eggplant to paint the "M's" and "heart" shape.
- Add Mom's favorite goodies, and they're ready for Mother's Day!
