The patterns can be used on pots with tracing paper placed underneath. Always allow time to dry in between layers of color.

    1. Apply a thin coat of China White to each pot. (This will help in seeing where the patterns are placed.)

    4. Instruction #2
    5. Trace the vertical lines from the plaid pattern onto the pot. Apply vertical lines of Sapphire and Adirondack. Let dry. Use the pattern again to trace and transfer the horizontal lines. 8. Instruction #4
    9. To finish, cut down a 1-mm dowel to 18" in length. Cut a 6" x 5" piece of scrap wood and paint in Adirondack. Drill an appropriate size hole in the center to place the dowel. Stack the pots together and use place the dowel in the center through the hole at the bottom of the pots. Once in, separate the pots and lean each pot to the side, alternating the pots one side to the other leaning on the dowel.
