Orca Whale in Terra Cotta

Decorate your outdoor space with this charming sea creature, compliments of Patio Paint Outdoor™.
SUPPLIES
- water container
- palette or plastic plate
- paper towels
- tracing paper
- transfer paper
- scissors
- #0 liner brush
- #12 flat brush
- Fun Foam sheet
- two 2-1/2" rose terra cotta pots
- 1-1/2" standard terra cotta pot
- fast tack craft glue
INSTRUCTIONS
NOTES:
Allow to dry between painting steps.
- Trace and transfer the tail and fin patterns onto black Fun Foam. Cut out these shapes with scissors and set aside.
- Use a #12 flat brush and Cloud White to paint all three pots.
- Position and adhere the rose pots with large open ends face-to-face. Position and adhere the small pot at the base of one rose pot. Let dry completely.
- Use a #12 flat brush and Wrought Iron Black to paint the whale’s back and sides, leaving the belly area and ovals behind eyes Cloud White. Refer to photo for placement.
- Use a #0 liner brush and Cloud White to paint small circles for eyes just in front of the Cloud White ovals.
- Position and adhere the fins and tail cut-outs with craft glue.
