Transform an ordinary metal house into a lovely country cottage using Americana® Multi-Surface Acrylics.

SUPPLIES

• water container
• palette or plastic plate
• paper towels
• paintbrushes
• metal house

INSTRUCTIONS

NOTES:

Let dry completely between painting steps.

1. Wipe down the house with a paper towel to remove dust.

2. Paint the roof in Fruit Punch. Allow to dry and apply a second coat. Paint the shingles in Pink Tropics and Rosebud. Paint the chimney in Goldenrod.

3. Paint the chimney bricks in Lemon Chiffon. Paint the walls in Blue Mist and randomly paint bricks in Slate Blue. Paint the frames around the windows and doors in Jungle Green. Add vines by dabbing Jungle Green around the edges of the windows; highlight with Eucalyptus with the edge of a paintbrush. Add flowers to the vines randomly in Fruit Punch and Pink Tropics.
